System Interface Module in 3U form factor-VME interface

System Interface Module in 3U form factor-VME interface

The primary function of the System Interface Module is to deliver low and high-power discrete signals to the aircraft equipment. Also it converts analog signals from the different LRUs to digital and converts Synchro signals received from Gyro Magnetic Heading to digital. The module then passes these digital signals to the CPU. It generates signals for GMHDG as well as for Angle of Attack (AOA) and NAU as requested from CPU (TBR).
