As Project Director at TeReSol, Dr. Rauf oversees project planning and execution, manages front-end development teams, ensures seamless integration of front-end applications, and monitors overall project progress and deliverables. His responsibilities also include dividing tasks into manageable components, overseeing deployment activities, addressing quality assurance (QA) issues, facilitating coordination between front-end and back-end teams, and maintaining project documentation throughout various stages.
Dr. Rauf possesses strong technical expertise in JavaScript, Java, CSS, Python, C/C++, SQL, Nmap, and Vue.js. He is currently leading work on IFRS 9 compliance and Core Banking System projects.

With two decades of service in the public sector and 17 years as a faculty member at NUST, he has contributed significantly to the advancement of software engineering education and practice. Currently serving as the Project Director (Software) at TeReSol (Pvt.) Ltd., he leads innovative fintech development projects, driving excellence through technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision.
Brig (R) Asif Saeed ur Rahman

Brig (R) Asif Saeed ur Rahman brings with him more than 30 years of experience in leading and managing large-scale, mission-critical IT systems for the public and private sectors. His career spans leadership roles including Director of Software Development, Director of Systems Division, and Director of Software Projects at Teresol (Pvt.) Ltd. He has led key national-level digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise-wide automation systems, smart ID solutions, and data center operations. His core expertise lies in software project management, systems integration, and software security standards.

Dr. Tahir Zaidi holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, and has over 35 years of experience in technology and project management. He currently serves as the Project Director (Software) at TeReSol (Pvt.) Ltd. He has served as Professor, Director of Special Projects, Director of MIS at the College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (EME), NUST, Islamabad; Head of the Department of Aviation Engineering and Technology Programs, Director of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research at The Superior University, Lahore; and Thematic Expert (Production and Quality) at the National Compliance Center, Ministry of Commerce, Islamabad.
